Mango Chia Smoothie

Substitute any fruit for a delicious chia seed fruit smoothie.

Total Time: About 1 – 1/2 hours
Serving Size: 2
– 2 tbsp Mila chia seeds
– 2 cups water
– 3 tbsp agave nectar or raw honey
– 2 cups frozen mango chunks
– 1/2 tsp lucuma powder

– Blend everything in a powerful blender for at least 2 minutes.

    Though I haven’t seen what does this look like. But I guess its kinda making a mango shake? Once I have visited a tropical country somewhere in asia. Mango shake is very popular during hot season. But I manage to make mango shake or shall we say avocado share here in australia. I just order those fruits online at organic delivered, its pretty convenience for me because they will deliver the organic produce for you.
